So I've been dating this guy for 8 months, it's not to to long I know but stay with me. He's everything I could ask for and he treats me great. But he is very very emotional, like I'm not complaining but tonight he was asking me the difference between rings (like a regular ring, a promise ring, an engagement ring, and a wedding ring) and I said their isn't to much difference but they're usually separated by what they mean to a person emotionally and sometimes by look and price. He got stressed saying he was worried and he wanted to make me happy, I insisted that he could honestly get me nothing and I'd be happy if he was there, what should I do? This isn't the first time. I think it has something to do with his exes but I'm not materialistic like at all and he's convinced he has to get me stuff to make me happy and idk what to do please help lol
