It stings, and is pretty sore but I haven’t noticed any discharge or anything..

No it doesn’t look infected to me at all. Could be stinging a bit because of friction and it’s healing.

I would only worry if it is feverish to the touch or has discharge. Stinging/burning is perfectly normal for c-section recovery. I’m 12 days pp from my second one.

It looks kind of red I would have the doctor look at it if you think something is wrong
