I know this has been asked a lot but how long did your period come after a D&C?

I had a D&C on 12/21 and this Friday will be the 6th week since the surgery. I’ve had classic symptoms of ovulation but it lasted way longer than what could’ve been the fertile window. I’ve also had classic symptoms of my period going to start about two weeks ago and well nothing ever started. I’ve had pretty regular cycles between 29-31 days before I got pregnant & I took a HPT yesterday, negative. 🤷🏻‍♀️
