Is it normal not to feel baby kick for almost two days at 24 weeks?

I had a day or two right around this time period where I didn’t notice feeling any movement and I typically feel a lot. I absolutely freaked out and panicked that something happened to the baby. I called my OB and was told I could come and have them check on the baby if I wanted. They suggested I drink some cold drink and lie down and pay attention for movement too. I’ve heard drinks like orange juice or sugary drinks may help to get some movement going. I haven’t had any more days since then where I felt no movement. The OB also said sometimes they just are really sleepy or we forget to notice it throughout our day. Best of luck.

I think it depends if your baby has established any regularity in movements, I’d ask your OB though

I’ve only seen it’s not normal if you don’t feel them move at least once a day once you’re past 28 weeks! but it is something your doctor can answer a whole lot better.. try not to worry ❤️

I wasn't even told too much movement was bad only consecutive days without movement

I think if you are before 28w and you have anterior placenta it's normal.
