Pills give you more control I feel like. You could stop whenever you’re ready. You have to be more responsible but it’s not hard to take a pill every day. 
Also, the IUD is known for giving women horrid cramps like they never had before. Meanwhile the pill made my cramps 10x lighter, made my boobs bigger, and my bleeding lighter. Best of all, I knew when my period was coming. Exactly. Every month.

My doctor advised against the arm implant. I know some people love them but I'm going with the pill anyway so I didnt ask further why she didnt suggest the arm implant. I like that I can stop taking the pill at any time without going to the doctor and because I know the pill gives me no bad side effects.

I loved my IUD. It stopped my period completely, significantly diminished my cramps, and made me feel way more even and reasonable instead of going through a massive emotional roller coaster every month. It's also pretty flexible in terms of your control over fertility because all you need to do is take it out if you don't want birth control anymore. Overall, different options are better for different people, and the best course of action is to speak to your doctor about the choice that's most appropriate for your body and situation.

I have an IUD and haven’t had any issues with it. I had light bleeding for a couple weeks after I got it while my body got use to it and some rare spotting since then. Other than that, I forget I even have it. I love not having to take a pill everyday anymore 🙌🏼

I was on the pill for 9 years when I got pregnant with my son. Never missed a dose! Always use protection if you are 100% not ready🤷🏼‍♀️

It depends on you honestly. I hated the pill because sometimes I'd miss my period sometimes I wouldn't. So I had to keep a box of pregnancy tests almost all the time. Depo was nice but I also gained a lot of weight. My sister loved her Nuva Ring. Every woman is different

I had the Mirena iud after my second baby, and I had zero issues, it was great. I had it removed after a year to ttc, and I plan on getting one again after this baby is born!

Don't get the arm implant. Don't do that to yourself. I got it when I was a teenager and gained 30lbs in the first month and fought serious depression the entire time I was on it. My periods also lasted 16+ days  for the first year. To top it off I have a huge scar from where I had it removed because it moved down an inch from its original location and developed thick scar tissue all the way around it. Took my doctor an hour to dig the sucker out. Took me a year and a half to get pregnant after having it removed.  And i still can't handle having my blood pressure taken on that arm because its so sensitive there. It's not worth it
