New to this realm. We are starting our first (hopefully only) round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. I found out last month that I have bilaterally blocked tubes, after 5 rounds of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> & the heartache that goes with it not working.

So, any day now the egg "harvesting" cycle will start.

One big question I'd like people to weigh in on is doing a fresh cycle vs a freeze all cycle and do a transfer with my next cycle?

Any other information you can give me would be wonderful. This is new to me.

I must also state, one thing I am struggling with is the feelings of guilt & greediness....I (we) aren't like many couples/families on here. This isn't our first child, we have many. Let me rephrase that. We married a bit over 6 1/2yrs ago. Into it I brought 4 sons & he 3 daughters and a son. We have no children together. I would love to have one child with him, one child in a loving, caring, supportive relationship where I didn't experience some sort of abuse (be it physical, verbal, emotional). This is also something that has made this hard - I never had any issues with conceiving before....a sideways glance could impregnate me!
