Are your tonsils out? Is your throat hurt? Could just be irritation from being sick

I have one in my throat that looks just like that, so I went to see an ENT. He said that it’s actually related to scar tissue from where I had my tonsils out years ago.

So I had got the flu and then when I looked at my throat I saw this can anyone tell me what it is ?and how to get rid of it is this normal and I never noticed it or what?
