Everything makes me sick?!

Over the past few days, every single thing I eat gives me an intense stomach ache with nausea. I’ve been trying to cut out dairy and gluten because I know for a fact those irritate my stomach, but everything else I’m eating makes me so sick! If I have fruit, chicken, some crackers, some almonds, whatever I have makes me sick! I’ve also been pooping like 4-5 times a day which is way more than normal. What could be going on?
