Thoughts on the implant?

Considering switching from the pill to an implant. Pros? Cons? Which implant do you like best? I’m not 100% comfortable with the thought of something being placed inside of me, but it seems like a better option than taking the pill with how busy my inconsistent schedule is

I had it for three years and I only spotted the first 6 months after that no period at all. Which I loved honesty! 
Downfall, low sex drive, headaches, boobs ache and tired 
They did say the first couple months you will experience pregnancy symptoms. 
Other than that, I would get it again. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had the nexplanon for three years and the first year I was on my period EVERY S I N G LE DAY. After that my period would last two weeks, off a week and then back on. It is not FDA approved for stopping periods. I didn’t get pregnant so it worked but I also had no time or energy to have sex. I also had chunks of my uterus shed out which was traumatizing.

I got the nexplanon in my arm. Had it for almost 6 years. I really loved it, but everyone  is different. I didnt have a period at all the entire time. I did have slight cramping once a month. And when I got it removed my periods went back to normal. Very light lasting 4 days.
