Breastfed baby and Diarrhea?

So I’m not sure how to tell if she has diarrhea or not? She’s been eating cereal and teething and I thought she might have a ear infection but it’s hard to say with all that’s going on plus I started my period and I’m not sure if that has any effect or not. She has her 6 month apt tomorrow anyway so they will check her ears but I’m just wondering how you tell if it’s normal poop vs Diarrhea...sorry I know TMI

It’s hard to tell, I stopped breastfeeding about a month and a half ago, but it was always pretty runny/mushy, similar to this texture. 
And the green is probs from teething or the iron in the cereal.

Is say not diarrhea. My son had a bug about 2 weeks ago and he had diarrhea and it was legit water, looked almost like brown pee🙈🙈 My sons poop gets like that sometimes from new foods

My girl has been having some green poops since she started solids as well. It can sometimes mean a virus but not always.
I always think of diarrhea as ‘watery’. When mine gets diarrhea (always after shots) it’s so watery that it will move around inside the diaper when I change her. 😬
