Period symptoms and period

I know it sounds crazy and I don’t know if it’s possible but I have lost my virginity in the last couple months and ever since my period have been noticeably more painful, heavier and my symptoms have been far worse then normal like acne and bloating. Is this related to having sex or a coincidence? Please help x
