Did you have a poor night of sleep, take your temperature at a later time, or drink alcohol the night before? Those can all cause temp spikes, although yours is pretty significant

It looks like a one off, so I would delete it. I see you had positive opks but I see no confirmation of ovulation unless it was CD11.
