2cm dilated at 35 weeks?

Anyone have experience with being dilated so early on but still making it a few weeks longer? This is my second baby, first came at 39 weeks and I definitely want this baby to cook as long as possible! Nervous that she may come any minute!?

Girl do NOT worry lol I was dilated to 3 1/2 cm from week 34 to week 42 when I told my midwife if she didn't break my water I would be transferring to the hospital for an induction I was D O N E

I was 1 cm and 50% effaced last Thursday. At 33+5. I’ve personally never dilated this early so it makes me nervous. I’m pretty positive I’ve dilated more over the week because I lost a huge chunk of my mucus plug on Saturday, I’m currently waiting for my doctor appointment right now, so I’ll probably ask her to check me again. So I have no insight, but I’m in a similar boat

2 cm is nothing to worry about, as long as your Dr isn't concerned

With my son, they checked me at 36 weeks and I was 3 cm. I stayed at 3 cm until I went into labor at 39 weeks.

At my 36 wk appointment with my first I was 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced. My daughter wasn’t born until i was 40 wks and 3 and that was with me being induced with cervidil with 2 doses. I actually ended up getting an emergency c-section.

Yes I had my daughter at 35 weeks I was 2cm also and by the end of that night I woke up maybe 10pmish and was very uncomfortable went to the hospital and was already 5 it depends on your body .

I was 1cm for about 3 weeks. At 38weeks my son decided to arrive when i went to L&D i was 3cm. By midnight i was 5cm.
