I had an ultrasound today and my baby is breech ! I’m 31weeks +4days

Still lots of time! Breech babies have a lot to do with poor posture and sitting habits! Read spinning babies, sit up straight, walk lots! Baby can turn as late as 1 cm dilated in active labor

mine was in right position since 30 weeks and at 36 she bridge and went back to normal over night.. so yeah she still has chance to turn and space too

If it’s any consolation only about 3-4% of babies stay breech til delivery. I am unfortunately looking to be part of the 3-4% but that’s due to my daughter having a shorter cord and just not being able to turn ( learned of this after I spent several weeks doing at home remedies to try and turn her). Spinning babies is a great site and does work for majority of people and you can do the “exercises” at home so I’d start there I also had a chiropractor who was certified in Webster’s technique ( so pregnancy approved) do adjustments to assist her in turning her! You’ve got time! Hearing the word breech is definitely scary but again around 96% of babies DO turn sometimes they just like to do it a little later than others!
