Pregnancy Symptoms on Skyla Iud ❓❓

Im 16 years old and have had the Skyla Iud since June 2018. My periods have been here every month but I didn’t have one in November and now January. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 4th and I’ve been having some pregnancy symptoms: Nausea, fatigue, sore nipples, and frequent urination. Is this reason to take a HPT? Or is it all in my head ?
