Idk what to do😕

Me and my boyfriend weren’t ttc but got pregnant and miscarried at 6 week. That was like a month and a half ago but I still feel pregnant. I think I may have been carrying twins and only lost one. If I am pregnant how do I tell my boyfriend I’m still pregnant?
