I started my period this week. Baby girl just turned 5 months. She's nursing more frequently, and I'm positive my milk supply has dropped. I'm even taking goats rue. My nipples hurt like when I first had her all over again. She's impatient and if I don't have a let down right away she pulls off and "yells" at my boob. That doesn't help annnyything. I tried giving her some formula after a 30 minute meltdown and she hates it. I want to find a formula that tastes close to breast milk she might like for times when I feel like she needs it. I don't have any more pumped milk left.
