What company do you work for and what is your maternity pay like?

90% full pay then £145 a week for the other 30odd weeks - 
Standard as per gov.uk

I'm a civil servant (Met Office) we get 6 months full pay, 3 months statutory, then 3 months unpaid. I can share it with my husband so I'm giving him 4 weeks of my statutory pay.
Thankfully their sickness policy is great too, I was signed off sick with hyperemesis for 3 months on full pay, and again signed off at 29 weeks pregnant for the rest of my pregnancy, again on full pay. They pay up to 6 months full sick pay in a calendar year but pregnancy is not included so it doesnt even count 🙌

Eugh teacher here... crap pay.  Full pay one month, 90% one month, half pay three months then statutory until 9 months. Plus I now have to pay back my half pay as I’m not going back 😒

I work for network rail on track and get 6 months full pay. I could then have the statutory pay for another 6 months off but will be going back after full pay ends.

I'm a teaching assistant, get 4 weeks at 90% salary then £145 a week (statutory maternity pay).

I work for a law firm and due to long service I get their enhanced maternity pay. Mine is 90% for 3 months, a mixture of enhanced and statutory for 3 months, statutory for 3 months and nothing for the last 3 months. 
Although I think the last part unpaid is silly in comparison to what the American ladies get we are really lucky.
