My blighted ovum pregnancy/miscarriage

Back in December I had an aembryonic pregnancy/a blighted ovum pregnancy and had my miscarriage at 5 weeks. This makes me afraid of me possibly being infertile. Any thoughts & can I buy a fertility test over the counter or does it have to be done at an OB/GYN?
