I know no one on here is a doctor and she has an appointment Friday but I just can’t get her out of my head until then.

So my dog use to eat a lot, she would probably eat her dog food 3 times a day. I actually noticed that she wasn’t eating much anymore (only one time which is at night) some while back.

I didn’t think about it hard until my uncle came over yesterday and my dog did this weird breathing, like as if she was trying to get air/choking a bit. He told me “that sounds like a Heartworm problem”

So me being the overly worried person I am, I started googling a lot and looking at symptoms. One was decreased appetite. Scared the living hell out of me, I know I could be over reacting but it’s true, she hasn’t been eating like she use to. Which maybe is because sometimes we do give her human food, but I didn’t give her any at all today or the day before, so you think she would give up begging and eat because she’s hungry but no.. the only reason she ate was because I put it in front of her.

Her poop and pee is normal. It’s just her eating. Her being hyper, normal. Ugh I’m worried 😟

Someone think of anything that comes to mind on what could be the issue?
