5weeks and need some advice!!

So I’m almost 5 weeks and I should start getting in the habit of “exercise” lol. It’s recommended that pregnant women should exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I work a full time job spending 8 hours on my feet all day so when I get home, all I want to do it sit down and relax. Working out is the absolute last thing on my mind!!!

I’m not super skinny but I’m pretty smallish for someone my height and age I suppose.

What are some good easy in home workouts that would be appropriate?? 😁
