Blood in her poop..

About 10 mins ago I was cleaning a pooped diaper, my daughter has had some trouble pooping. And today she pooped idk if that’s why she has blood in her poop or what but I’m concerned. Has anyone had this happen before? Should I take her to the ER she does have a small cut as well I hadn’t noticed till today. She really wasnt pooping, and today she finally did.
