Can you fall in love after a month of meeting someone?

I’ve been talking to this guy for almost a month. We’ve been on a couple dates and he’s literally perfect, I swear. The sweetest, most caring guy I’ve ever met. My parents have met my past boyfriends and thought they were okay or didn’t like them, but I know that they would definitely like him when they meet him in the future. He sent me this text while I was taking a nap:

Two days ago, we’re talking and about to go to sleep, he sends me this:

Then he sends me an audio message saying “I love you” I do have really strong feelings but I don’t wanna go too fast and mess everything up. Plus, I feel like you cannot truly be in love until you’ve seen the good, bad and ugly of the other person. Opinions??

It’s a bit soon and over texting even as audio is kind of weird. I guess I wouldn’t call it that if you’re not having these conversations in person. I had two guys at different times tell me they loved me on our third date. That’s just way too soon. Feelings take time. I’ve been with my current partner for two months and I’m starting to fall in love but I am not rushing to be in love or tell him I’m in love. I’d be skeptical of an I love you too early. At least as an adult

First: no one is perfect. He can be wonderful but he does have flaws and if you stay together you will see them!
Second:the beginning of a relationship can be so exciting that you have really strong feelings but I think to really love someone you have to know and accept their flaws.

I told my SO I loved him a little under a month after texting/talking.. & he said it right back. We're now 3 years together, moved to Florida, and are expecting our first child. It worked out for us. 🤷
