Brown discharge 7 weeks pregnant?

Question

I've been having brown discharge for the last week and it started with light brown and some stringy discharge, but after my doctors appointment it turned dark brown and it hasn't stopped since I went on the 28th. The ultrasound was good and there was a heartbeat. I had a spurt of yellow discharge yesterday but now it's brown again. and the nurse said she would call if there was anything wrong. Should I be worried????
Edit: I also eat pretty healthy and I try to take it easy. I take prenatal vitamins every day. But I haven't really been having nausea and I started out with nausea. I'm not sure if its from eating well or just losing the nausea

I’m having the same thing and I’m about 7.5. Started as super light pink then turned brown now it’s a little darker brown and stringy from time to time. I’m not in pain or filling a liner (not even getting any on a liner) so I’m trying to stay calm. I’ve heard it could be a sch or even from your placenta attaching. Hope all is well for you.

It can be old blood from the placenta that is coming out I bleed for three weeks constantly ultra sounds showed heart beat and was told it was a placenta bleed  I am now 36 weeks pregnant with my baby boy prayers for u x

I've been having the same I've just been put on antibiotics as they think is a water infection  I get test results  tomorrow

I’m also dealing with the same thing and will be 8 weeks tomorrow. It has been making me anxious but I haven’t called because it’s not a lot. 
But my regular discharge seems to have dried up.
