Does blood type really matter when trying to conceive?

Someone recently expressed having difficulty trying to conceive due to their blood type O-   Does anybody have any stores pertaining to their blood type and conceiving ?

I don’t believe blood type matters, but the Rh factor can affect if the woman’s body tries to make antibodies for the baby’s body.
