I’m 31

I had 3 miscarriage the last one was in October

I’m 40 days late for my period not pregnant

I have bad lower abdomen and back pain that comes and goes

My breasts are larger and painful too

I need to toilet a lot

But my question is when I go to the toilet it feels like something is falling and it hurts what could this be
