IUD and cup
I got the copper IUD fitted today and am still bleeding a fair bit. The nurse gave me some pads to use but I really just hate them and was wondering if I can use my cup? She said it would be fine for periods but didn't clarify if it was ok right now. I assume so but dont want to risk accidentally pulling it or unsettling it as the strings will still be rigid I've been told.
