How did y’all know you were pregnant?

Ok ladies I am in the lovely TWW and don’t want to get my hopes up and end up being let down. Was there any signs that y’all had prior to testing that made you think you were pregnant? I have suffered 3 miscarriages since 2007 and am really hoping that I get a BFP this time. I’ve had some slight cramps (not AF kind). Last week they were on my right side and now it’s on my left side. I don’t want my mind to trick me into thinking that I am and end up being let down again
