Exercise while TTC
I used to do HIIT and Cardio for an hour 4-5 days a week before we decided to try to get pregnant. Now I’m TERRIFIED to work out so I have stopped going for a month or two and You can tell! I have the type of body where you can tell almost immediately when I’m not exercising. Also my mental health isn’t the best when I’m “off” of a routine. What do you gals recommend workout wise? I was thinking about beachbody so I can modify and stay home but I’m so scared that working out is going to ruin something! Help! 😢
