Is this implantation bleeding?? Help!!

Question

I am currently 11 dpo and I saw this streak of blood in my CM today when I wiped. I got the same on 9dpo as well. I am also having a lot of clear CM after ovulation which is unusual to me. Could this be a sign of implantation? If anyone else had the same and got a bfp pls comment!

I got this today at 11-13dpo between my two apps. Was suppose to start today and start like clockwork get really crampy right before and af arrives early morning or around the noon hour and NOTHING today not even cramps. This is very strange for me. My af comes on HEAVY goes to like medium and then goes away I never spot. Came home this evening still no af went to use bathroom and wiped to see this I was wondering if it could be implantation myself as I’m new to all this it’s my first time ttc.
