Can I be pregnant???

I’ve been spotting for 6 days now barely anything on the pad and only when I wipe my last period was on the 9th and I wasn’t supposed to get my next period till the 8th what could this be ?😭 my normal periods only last 3 days and are very heavy with blood clots so this is not normal for me 😔😭
