Me again 🙄

I posted this a couple days ago and wont post again promise lol. I'm just so hoping for a girl and fishing for any clarification I can! Everyone has said girl, but I haven't seen an ultrasound that looks like mine they all seem to look the same and have the classic 3 lines. Can someone explain what makes this a girl? And what that is in the middle?
