If you haven't already been to see your OB/GYN, now is the time. Get the basics checked like thyroid, diabetes screen and maybe vitamin d level. Which additional supplements other than a good prenatal and CoQ10 really depends on what issues you are having. Are you tracking your cycles and temping? Do you have a short cycle? Short Luteal Phase? Have you confirmed you are ovulating? These things impact which supplements or even prescription options might help.

It can take a healthy couple at least a year to conceive u can take some vitamins and try stay as healthy as u can but jst relax and enjoy it best advice!

At this point I would go and check basics like hormones, this will tell a lot. Anyways, any type of prenatal complex vitamins would only help. If your husband has not done SA yet, he should do. I will be 35 soon and my husband is 42, we have been trying for about 11 months now with no luck, but he has low motility and been in treatments for several months already.
