35yrs old pcos going for #2

Just wondering if anyone is or was in the same boat. 5 rounds of letrozole and 3rd iui for my beautiful baby boy. He's 7 months now and trying at home for #2. I have pcos and had endometriosis removed in April 2017 before fertility treatment. Hoping not to go get help!
