Endometriosis?

So I went to the doctor's yesterday. My doctor says I might have endometriosis. I'm 36 years old my husband's 33. We've been TTC for 6months now. I'm going to wait another 6 months to get test results if I do have it. Do any of you ladies have it and is it easy to treat?

You only know you have it with surgery. Also only trying for 6 months is not a very long time. That’s why most doctors don’t do anything until after a year. 
I’ve had 2 surgeries for Endometriosis once at 18 the other at 26 I don’t do medication or surgeries well so I was sick for a week after each. And in pain for about 3-4 days after as well. Took me about 2 weeks each time to feel back to normal.
