BBT HELP PLEASE
I know to temp at the same time every day, but last night I was restless and got up at 4:50 to use the bathroom and went back to sleep. I took my temp just in case and it was 97.47. Then at 7, my normal temping time, I did my temp again and it was 97.71. I have no idea what to do. I was hoping I was in a slow rise post ovulation. I definitely need help.
