Does any1 know the answer

I need some answers. I miscarried Jan. 12; went to the doctor and my insides are back to size. There was no blood test so I don't know what my levels are. Hopefully my menses will resume in the 30 day span the doctors gave( I know everybody is different but 🤞🏼). So I took an opk yesterday night and was a BLAZING positive. So decided to take a pregnancy test and it was a VVVFL. So I am not wondering if I'm pregnant (though me and the husband have done the deed & know it's a possibility that it can happen again so soon) BUT I'm a little confused why the opk was so positive. I mean the lines were DARK. So should I take it as if I am ovulating again? Or just bc HCG is possibly still alive that's why the opk was like that. I am confused. Any help/insight is so welcomed TIA

Sorry for your loss 😔. Opks can detect pregnancy hormone so that’s why it was positive. As for the pregnancy test it very well may be residual hcg.. I would retest in a few days and if it’s darker I would say it’s a new pregnancy. Good luck!

I had my miscarriage on the 9th of January and I tested last week n it came up negative.

It depends on how far along you were. I had a chemical at 5 weeks and was at 0 less than a week later. You may just want to call your doc and have your levels checked

It will be positive for weeks it will take 6-8 weeks to go negative I had positives till January 6 after my Dnc on December 7
