Exclusively Pumping Question
my daughter is now 11 weeks and I exclusively pump I’m wondering how long do you guys pump for per session? I typically pump for an hour every 3 hours using the Medela Advanced Style Double Pump. I’ve found that if I don’t pump for the hour I don’t empty completely and when the next pumping time comes around I’m in serious amount of pain and my boobs feel hard in areas. Does that happen to any of you?
