Leap is over, what’s going on?

Question

So my baby is 6 months and just got over leap 26. Even so, her sleep has been horrible . She wakes up about every 2 hrs which she never did before and when she wakes up she has to fall asleep being breastfed . Also, she only wants to sleep on me and is a very light sleeper when before nothing used to wake her up . I don’t get what’s going on.

My LO's sleep has been waaay off since the end of the leap 5. We luckily never  had to deal with the 4 month sleep regression so this is new territory for us, my son's always been a really decent sleeper u ntil now.  It's all so out of character.

We’re in the same boat, but the last few nights have been better so hopefully she’s adjusting back to her old sleep habits. With the leap and teething (her first 2 teeth just popped out) she’s had a lot going on, so figure it’s normal for her sleep to get messed up and for her to want some extra night feedings.

My LO's terrible sleep continued after leap 5. I don't know if it is/was from teething and/or a sleep regression. The only thing that's made it better was sleep training her.
