Should Non Standard English be used or taught in schools, not as a replacement to “proper” English?

I reworded it because a lot of y’all thought I meant it should replace English itself.

I used AAVE/Ebonics as the example because it often finds its way into pop culture and many literary works use the language.

Also because it’s a language with its own set of grammatical rules just as any other language.

I wanted to post the video but that became frustrating so here is a picture. If you choose to watch it and it changed your opinion tell me why.

Bonus question. Should it be taught as an elective or foreign language?

(A lot of it is mainstream so why not)
