1 hr blood sugar test
I'm going next week for my 1 hr test. With my 1st 2 kids, you had to fast. Now they are saying you don't have to. (A lot has changed in 4 years lol) My test is at 930am. Did you fast before your test? If not, what is "smart" to eat before the test? I'm a carbs kinda girl, so I'm scared lol
