Ovulation cramping.

Does anyone here cramp when they ovulate?

For my past few cycles around ovulation I will get crampy on one side of my lower abdomen and if I bend over or sit down too quickly it almost feels like something is there? Like it’s swollen or something? This usually lasts about half a day or so and then will suddenly go away and may just have a dull ache (but the swollen feeling is gone) or it may just feel completely normal again. I’m assuming that this would be considered ovulation?
