Does preseed help conceive??

This is my 11th cycle ttc me and my husband are willing to try anything at this point that could possibly help, any tips? Should I give preseed a try?

My friends were trying for almost a year and used preseed and ended up getting pregnant that month.
I also have been trying for about 5 months and had no luck then decided to try the preseed this month. I am 5dpo so I am going to wait and see what happens. But I know a few people that have used it and got pregnant with it.
