Do stretch marks stay forever?

I'm 14 and have them on my breasts. I'd just like to know if they stay forever.... I kind of want to know in advance. Thank you so much to anyone who comments, I'd love to hear advice from you all.

Yup they're here for good, they just fade (instead of being purple they become white)

Yes they fade though. Also dont stress over them because they are normal. I got stretch marks on my boobs and butt when I was 13.

I have stretch marks witch I use to hate but now I love. But that is besides the point. But there are was idk if they work but you can get rid of them. But in a personal opinion I think stretch marks are beautiful.

I have stretch marks on my hips and a bit on my bum. I used to hate them - especially at first when they were purple. Now that I’m older (I got them around age 13-14 when I went through puberty and gained some weight) - I’m now 19, and I’ve grown to love them. Once they fade they’re barely noticeable! And honestly as I’ve gotten more confident, I would choose to keep them even if there was some way to get rid of them. I think they’re just apart of growing, and they’re kind of like cool tiger stripes! They remind me that we all go through changes, and somethings leave marks or scars or whatever, but they fade with time. And one day we can look back and learn to love them. 
Plus before I hit puberty I was flat as a board, so if I had to have stretch marks in order to get some curves - I’m totally okay with that 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
Also you seem like a very mature girl! I hope that you learn to love them (and yourself!) the way I have, good luck 💗 remember you’re beautiful!
