I haven't shaved my arm pits because of course it's painful. But I've had this for a while but I have no insurance. Could it be a yeast infection? I've put fungul cream on it the last 3 nights and I've sort of seen an improvement. I also scrub my armpits so the brown is discoloration possibly from the same issue. I can't go to a doctor. Has anyone seen anything like this? It itches really really bad which is part of the reason it's open. It also has gotten a smell.
