Preseed works?

Hi everyone. I’m newly trying to conceive but see everybody highly recommends preseed.  How effective is it? When should I start using it ? Success stories or advice ?

Start using preseed during your fertile window. However some people say it works others say it doesnt. It depends on your body really. It can help conceive due to the sperm friendly nature of the lube especially if you have a small amount of CM. I'm currently 3dpo with using preseed
