Hi all, first timer here 😊

We were not planning to try until my next cycle, so I had my wisdom teeth removed 6 days ago, was out under general anesthesia for 40-50 min and then took 14 tablets of 600mg ibuprofen every 6 hours. Yesterday I was concerned because I still had not gotten my period and took a pregnancy test on a whim at home....I’ve now taken 4 tests and they are all positive with the lines progressively getting darker. Coincidentally, I had an appt set up with my OBGYN yesterday as well to do preconception counseling. I let her know that I took 2 positive tests, but the test at the office was negative (although I had just used the restroom 10 min prior so my urine was basically clear). My doc seemed to not think that the anesthesia and ibuprofen would matter this early in the game even if I was pregnant.

I did extensive research through medical journals about ibuprofen in the first trimester and it was all very grim 😕 Any professional opinions or advice would be wonderful! Thanks!
