How accurate are these test? Have never used them before so need help!

Question

Equate digital pregnancy test, compared to clear blue digital pregnancy test.
Test 5 days before missed period. ( I've missed my period, but thinking I'm early in pregnancy, so wanted a test that has more sensitivity.) 
How accurate? am I pregnant, and just so shocked that I can't believe or are these test faulty?
