Pregnant???

It’s been four months since I’ve had sex I’ve had my “period” and have received multiple negative test and a few faint. When I went to see the doctor she did a pregnancy test and it came back negative so she was absolutely sure I was not pregnant because I have what seems like my period. But I feel pregnant and not the normal symptoms I just feel pregnant. I never been pregnant before so I wouldn’t really know it’s just a feeling I have. The last couple of weeks I’ve felt like I can feel some type of movement near my belly button. Also I’ve been “bloated” for the last two months off and on.
