Can being sick throw off my Af? I woke up sick out of nowhere Wednesday ( the day af was supposed to arrive ) and no AF ? Took a Test about 3 hours ago and it’s negative

Yes sickness can, even something like a bad winter has shown to throw your cycle off course. 
Sickness and stress are both very common reasons why cycles are thrown off. Not to worry, especially if you got a negative. If it doesn’t come in a week I’d take another test just to be sure :)

I thought AF was late and I was hopefully pregnant but what I didn't realize was that I would have a fever a few days later and be hospitalized. I don't know if sickness can throw AF off but my body is very temperamental...even the slightest thing throws mine off
